hungry problem

hello,

in the last week i started to take universal animal pak and san v-12 turbo, the problem simple, i always hungry!.

no matter what i'll eat, i always hungry.

anyone have idea why is that?

its b/c your metabolism is fast! I have the same problem I eat all the time, am not over weight.. when your eating don’t just eat crap, eat healthy and if your trying to gain eat up!!

i dont eat junk, crap foods, only low GI foods like brown rice, wholemeal bread, oats.
i add 1 teaspoon sugar for my tea drinks (just 2 times a day)

i kinda fanatic for my diet and i eat healthy things, the problem i started to felt hungry from the last week.

Man i started animal pak like 5days ago, and man the first thing i noticed is that i am more hungry than ever, its animal pak i think, now i dont care what goes in, before i was very selective, i am less selective nw. i was gonna ask the same question in the forum.

Well for any of us to be able to help you, you're going to need to post more information. Overall calories, grams protein, grams carbs, grams fat, activity levels, current fitness level.

Just saying that you're hungry doesn't tell us much.
