Why cant you just chug it? Creatine isn't supposed to be settled in a liquid for a long period of time.

I would take either 1/2 serving before and 1/2 serving after training. or take the full serving after training. once creatine is put in solution it should be consumed ASAP. it's no sippin drink, mix it and slam it down. there is no added benefit to consuming creatine during the training session.

Was wondering if it safe to take about :

whey protein = 40g
creatine = 10g
selenium = 100mcg

all in one day for weight training

10g is too much, 5g is one dos. like lam said either take 2.5g before and after or 5g afterwards

as for the protien 40g is fine although again youd be better off having 20g pre and 20g post workout

Thank for the info.. got a few more questions i forgot.

Can i take the creatine directly after drinking the whey protein when i wake up in the morning?.. becaause it was recommended on the label to consume upon awakening.

Bout the creatine, yeah.. i'll the the 1/2 dos pre and post workout like u guys suggested. During the loading period i'll take 10-15g, half in the morning n half at night... that will be ok rite?

or better still have 40g pre and another 40g post, 20g is too little for pre and post workout nutrition IMO, unless you only 90lbs or something
