I expect to be able to put up 255lbs off cycle. Just comes with the territory.

I dont know if I build up a tolerance while taking it for so long, then after going back on, I am renewed or what. I notice it instantly upon starting those two supps back up. It helps me lift more and keep my "lifting libido" up. IT could all be mental, but it works every time. If I bench 275 on cycle, then I only drop to about 265-270 during PCT. I was almost as "jacked" during PCT as I was on cycle. Just my experience. ALthough you don't have to cycle creatine, I have to imagine that you build a tolerance to it like you can for any substance.

Make sure to eat a slow digesting meal before bed or get up after four hours of sleep to get a snack or you'll wake up ravenous and risk binging. I know I did.

![]() When I was on my M1T cycle I doubled up the number of workouts on every muscle group except the legs. I still did those only once a week with the exception of my calves. I did those three times a week and they exploded in size (I gained a couple of inches, cold). Food, food, and more food. Take a weight gainer if you need to. East about six or seven times a day. I'm 5'10" at 210 (pre-M1T) and I ate 4000 cals a day. I think I over did that though, I picked up a few pounds of fat. Even though I upped the number of workouts, I still don't think I was pushing it as hard as I could. I aware that overtraining is a worry, but I never felt any of the symptoms. Sleep. Get lots of sleep. About 7 to 8 hours per day. The M1T really kicked in on the 10th day. The pumps became outrageous and the growth really kicked in. Eat as clean as you can, but don't beat yourself up if you cheat a bit. You'll be constantly hungry and will eat anything that gets to close. My neighbor lost a cat that way... Make sure to eat a slow digesting meal before bed or get up after four hours of sleep to get a snack or you'll wake up ravenous and risk binging. I know I did. ![]() Make sure that you are taking your multivitamin and multimineral supplements. Take an extra dose of vitamins C & E after your workout. Get plenty of EFAs. Well, there are a few tips for you. |

I cant survive without a minimum of 8 hours/sleep so Im good here and supplement wise Im already on track....like way on track! its good to know I seem to be doing things right to make the most of my cycle... thanx again cfs3 ![]() |

Id recommend glucosamine/chondritin for joints, but definitely be careful of injuries there. |

I've learned about this before my cycle, so I've been taking Glucosamin/Chondritin (joints), Calcium/Magnesium (bones), and MSM (joints and ligaments). I started taking them a month and a half before I started my cycle and have had zero problems. Now my big worry is overtraining. |

Now I'm worried that the little down the block is going to kick my butt. As least, that's the word on the street. Anywho... My PCT will be four weeks long, but how long will it take for my nads to start producing any level of test again? Does it take the whole PCT or some subset of time? Thanks! |
