Diet help

Im trying my best for a good diet, wut are sum things that i need to know, or can have help with.

And what , should i be eating. I cant eat to much its hard.

On off days of training should i eat the same.

WHUT should i have post and pre work out what kinda things, THNX ALOT

What you should and should not eat is basically the same regardless of your goals. It is just the quantities (both total, and of the individual components) that should change.

You should start here: Jodi's eating guide. Read that and most of your questions should be answered.

i dont eat junk food and crap. i eat tuna, fish, oat meal, oats, fruits veggie, rice.

all meals have carbs protein and a little fat.

my goal is to lose weight in my gut but have enough muscle for my arms to grow and chest as well as legs.

sounds like you are eating the right foods. post your diet meal by meal so it can be tweaked. post your stats also.
