I seriously wanna bulk up but there are sometimes during the day ( like first thing in the morning) that I just don't wanna eat anything at all, or drink anything for that matter, seems like my body shuts down or something

I have EXACTLY that problem. I'm not one of those ppl have to urge to dive into the fridge just after waking up. I cant eat much of a breakfast. So my breakfast is actually a shake. Oats+protein powder + fruit + milk. Blend on high for several seconds and drink.

Have decided I am going to have a MRP first thing and then why I get to work or at 6am if I am not working I am going to have cereal, yoghurt, full cream milk and honey, with another shake

I wish I had this problem. I don't think I have ever felt anything but extreme hunger and starvation signals at 2000 calories.

Maybe try to find something that has a lot of flavor and/or seasonings for breakfast. Avoid anything bland. Once I start in on anything tasty, I have no trouble finishing it no matter how full I 'think' I might be ahead of time.

I'm on a bulking diet now and my biggest problem is actually REMEMBERING to eat. Sometimes I'm awake for 24 hours at a time and don't get a chance to eat or mostly I'm busy with work or my kids or running around doing errands, etc. that the next thing I know, it's been like 4-5 hours since my last meal. That is most likely why I'm not gaining weight as quickly as I'd like. At least I'm still trying though.

It was hard going from a small bowl of cereal to a 50 gram of protein 1000+ calorie meal for me to, and I'm still not used to it.
