I want to start plyometric training...
So my question is assuming im doing plyos mainly in my legs, should i
a) only be doing plyos as opposed to my lifting routine?
b) add plyos to my lifting routine?
c) finish bulking then do plyos?
because i was thinking plyos would be a step forword in converting muscle types, but would slow lifting training techniques be doing the opposite?
I was thinking for best result id be doing c)
what are your thoughts?

you can do eithe a or b. C is fine too. Either way it works.
I don't reccomend slow concentrics. Slow eccentrics are fine as they are great for hypertrophy but I believe in compensatory acceleration and exploxing as hard as I can on the concentric movement.
