That picture on the second was a definite improvement. The picture you uploaded just now looks like you might have taken a step backwards or wait, that says a before picture. Okay, understandable.

bad knees? try light, good squats, at'll strengthen your tendons

yes, my knees are verryyyyyyy bad. Whenever i squat they hurt and dont wanna bend so i just dont do legs at all. I'll try light squats (95 pounds) or something and see how it goes.

You have been in a cut for what 3 or 4 months?
IMO u could be seeing alot better results...Not to be discouraging but mabye a different approach in your diet and trianing should be taken.
