Yo sup..i got a question i need some ideas on a small lil snacks to last throught classes i am in h.s and i need something small to carry around in my back back or my pocket right now all i do is just a small baggy of almonds..any other ideas.. think towards cal's protein and carbs.. thanks guys...

Yeah, Im in a high school, and trust me on this- You friends DONT want you to be eating tuna. Everyone thinks it smells.

Ya in plus if i freakin show up with tuna cans lol.. i only weigh 157 and im 5"11 and everyone will be like wtf! haha so ya..and i cant be carring around shaker bottles wit protein in em lol..
