My last meal of the night is usually a 4oz piece of tuna, and 2 tbsp of nat pb. But I was wondering if it would make any sense at all to add a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese to that meal?

I'm currently trying to maintain LBM and lose bf.

Does it fit into your macro's?

If its going to put you over you calorie range then I'd say no but if you can manage the extra cals then I say yes.

That goes just for the casual dieter looking to shed a few pounds. If you are going into a serious comp cut then it wont work...gotta stay clear of natty pb and dairy.

It really depends how strict your diet and cut is right now.

Thanks deadbolt. I'm not going into a comp at all, I'm just trying to down as many clean calories as I can.
