hi everyone,

I've been on my diet for two weeks, eating correctly, exercising, lifting weights, and simply doing everything I should be doing. I have lost some weight, but not really inches. My stomach is about the same. I suppose its way to early to expect any changes yet.

But one thing I am noticing is my body feels very jiggly all over, especially in my stomach and sides, upper legs, and chest areas. Remember, I have about 30% body fat right now. I'm not skinny just trying to get into shape. I'm trying to lose tons of fat.

Anyways, before I was on the diet, everything felt much harder/firmer.

Now, I come to some possible answers. Either this is a natural event taking place in my body where as the body gets rid of more and more fat, everything gets looser until I can finally feel my muscles,
or I'm retaining every ounce of fat, and retaing everything I eat so that I feel jiggly all over.

The latter I feel is probebly not what is happening because I know I am doing everything right, plus I haven't gained wait or inches.

i just want to know if anyone else has had this happen to them while losing their fat?

Thank you for your time

Don't worry ... it's definitely the former ... as the fat cells become smaller you will feel "jiggly" ... it takes the skin a little longer to catch up.

You are definitely doing the right thing ... just have patience - it's only been two weeks - you are responding well ... just make sure you are having HEAPS of water to flush everything out.
