Im 6-2 190 pounds, and probobaly 30 pounds overweight. I have lifted on and off for 5 years. I try to w/o 3 times a week, and i do low rep/high weight w/o's. I really need to get rid of the beer belly. I plan on starting a cutting schedule now. Im in college, and quite busy, so i wont necessarily be able to keep on a 5 meal a day schedule. The only supplement im taking right now is protein.
I would GREATLY appreciate a grocery list, and a program for it.
