I was wondering if people could post what a good bulking diet would consist of. Things with good protein and that are cheap are no worries. I currently use protein powder and I am eating a lot of carbs.
How much carbs is to much?
How many times a day should I have flaxseed oil and how much should I take?
Should I stick with a High Carb/High Protein/Low fat diet?
Should I buy cheap steak from the butcher and just eat it for the protein instead of the taste?
I don't want put on a lot of useless fat I want all the food I eat to contribute to the growth of my muscles. I still want my 6 - pack to show and I don't want a layer of fat covering it. I want to gain a lot of mass though just not to much.
