Hi everybody, just introducing myself. My name is Bill and more or less looking too lose weight and tone up. I'm not lookiin to get super huge and ripped or anything. I'm one of those guys that looks like they've been lifting weights and working out but in actuallity I haven't been and consider myself quit weeek. Hopefully this forum will help me out.
