Ok, I am 18, 5'7'', and 140lbs. I look a lot bigger than i am, but i need to put on some serious mass. I don't want to get into anything even close to serious steroids, i am not competing, but I would like a boust. I have been using Simply Whey, which has helped me put on a few, but i really want something more. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Well, I'm not sure what you are asking...or even if this is the right forum for you to ask it in. This is called the juice room because it is here that people discuss "serious" steroids(all are serious) and their use. So, if you do not want to use steroids...and I certainly don't recommend them...what are you looking for? I'd love to help you in any way I can, but I need you to be more clear about what you're asking

Don't hate me for sayin' this, but you need to wait on gear for a few years and at least 30lbs. Right now, you need to eat like a horse to put on weight. I mean go for 3000cals a day or if you're a serious hard-gainer, even consider the Big Mac diet... eat 4 a day and see if you put on a few . The point is that excess cals will get you there at that age.

Peace

Try some supps that are aimed towards mass gains. Such as Mammoth 2000 (tastes better than Mcdonalds shakes), tribulus and creatine are also great for putting on mass.

All chemistry is serious. There is no such thing as a boost. You must realize that it takes a couple of years of cycling to build any amount of mass. At 18 your body is still producing enough testosterone to build quality muscle. This will last until you are 25 or 26. So spend the nest 5 or 6 years building a solid foundation with hard work, lots of quality food and plenty of rest. If you want to use chemistry then, it will still be around.
take care of yourself because nobody else will.
