I'm 5'4', 148lbs. I struggled all my life to get rid of "last" 10-15 pounds that never seems to come off
Reading your site and some others it was an eye opener re dieting and training. I really started from a scratch 3 weeks ago: signed up with a gym and trying to clean up my diet. I do at least 3 times a week strength training and 3x week cardio. Diet is the hardest part for me. I am used to skipping breakfast and sometimes lunch and stuffing myself with dinner with lots of coffee in between..lol Now I am very determined to turn everything around and get in the best shape I've ever been.
