Have you tried both the powder and the liquid? I've known folks who just don't respond to one but the other works for them. Some people just have problems digesting and absorbing powder creatine. Personally, powder works best for me...even just with water, but at the same time liquid creatine does nothing for me.

I'm using swole now and love it, however I have yet to try CEX yet I'm waiting till my supply of swole runs out then I'm going to give it a whirl to see what all the hypes' about then who knows I'll prob. switch if it is as good as people claim it is.

EVERY single person that I have recommended this product to that was a traditional creatine monohydrate non-responder has raved about this product only days after starting it.
