Generally, when something says "same as <insert strong but risky or illegal substance here>, but without the sides," it's already advertising more than it can offer.

Very true. It's horrible to see people actually buy those hundred dollar a bottle "Diana-balls" or whatever the hell they want to call all the fake stuff they sell online.
