Throwing the weights down annoyes the crap out of me. The other day a guy was doing ez curls and just dropped the bar (70 lbs) when he was done. I belive in respecting the equipment and take care off it like it was my own. |

LOL! I see your point. Cell phone talking....Moans...what's the difference? It's still people involving their "Non-peaceful ways" interferring with yours? Maybe a little Yoga for some could be the answer?

The thing that pisses me off in the gym is the locker room. Why the hell do people think they can walk around nude all the time? Is it asking that much to throw on a towel? |

I'm not talking about being naked at the gym though. |

He sat down on the bench next to me and I looked at him and asked him if he would like his cellphone shoved up his fat ass. Then he hustled right out of the gym.

i guess one day he decided to do shoulders, maybe his chest was too pumped from the 16 sets of bench presses he did, but he was doing standing military presses with 95lbs. He got about 5 reps, and then as he was attempting his 6th, he fell backwards and busted his ass while the barbell came crashing down on the rack he was using (it was one of those moments where everyone in the gym stopped what they were doing and just stared, LOL). all this happened while he was talking to 2 girls that were next to him. not to mention his dumbass spotter was too busy talking to the two girls to give his buddy a hand. it was great... he walked away with his head and down and went into his office. |

FANTASTIC atmosphere... its a shame gyms like this arent all over the US... unfortunetly the majority of people who want to lift are of the "chrome and fern crowd" and most gyms are into the business of making money...
