i'm finishing up my 1-ad/4-ad cycle and begin PCT on monday
i'm thinking about going with 40/40/20/20 (over the 4 weeks), would you guys second that dose? or would i be better off with 60/40/20/20? (note i've had no signs of gyno or any major shutdown/shrinkage... only real sides have been bloat, lethargy/tiredness and very emotional behaviour)
what can i expect in terms of in the gym and outside of the gym? (how will my workouts feel,? strength, pumps, vains? etc.. how will i feel emotionally? how will my weight change? etc)
i've been going 5-6 days high volume on cycle, should i drop it to 4 days and hit each BP once a week or can i keep it to 5-6 days and hit everything twice but with real low volume? bit unsure i don't want to overdo it

Honestly, for 1-AD it doesn't really matter. For M1T, starting with 60 and tapering is probably best, but with 1-AD, you might as well save your nolva and start with 40.
