Starting T3

Hey, Pirate sent me some T3 from IBE and I started today. Just wanted to put down what I'm doing and experiencing and get feedback. I just took 13 drops and plan to take another 13 drops around 1pm. I just put it in water and drank it, is that the correct way? There was no taste, is that normal too? I waited 30 min before I had my pre w/o shake and now I'm off to the gym. When should I start experiencing "something", IE- sweats, heating up etc...?

I just drop it on my tongue. You should start feeling the effects almost right away.

Take the full dose first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Drop it on your tounge (an oral syringe is ideal for measuring).
Follow with a cup of water.
Wait 30 minutes before eating.

Minerals and possibly othe micronutrients interfere with the absoption if your stomach isn't completely empty (except a little water).

Are you using it alone or in conjunction with an anaboic?

Thanks guys, I'm using it alone Pirate. So I'm not going over 50mcg a day. I did feel it about 1 hour later on my way to the gym, or something. I got pretty lightheaded all of a sudden and just started sweating. But it wasn't a bad feeling but like a "removed" feeling. Kinda liked it

If t3 is anything like triac, which it should be considering triac is a precursor to t3 as I understand, than its very catabolic. From what I have read using an anabolic is a most when messing with any kind of thyroid hormones. Mabye LAM could give more insight, I think he has done t3 or triac before.

You might be right Joe, I was told that as long as I keep the dose to 50mcg a day I should be fine. I've still got my M1T however and could just start popping those again I guess.

T3 can be catabolic if your caloric deficit is too extreme. It is best used with anabolics to avoid losing muscle, but it is possible to eat right so as to lose fat and keep all your muscle on T3. Eat high protein and low fat and keep the meal frequency at at about 7 meals/day. I don't think you will have a problem with just 50 mcg/day. If you lose any strength or size, make adjustments immediately. If you are going to use M1T, you could actually make gains and lose fat at the same time. It won't be a fun cycle without plenty of 4-ad, though. Just my opinion.

Too much caloric deficite alone is catabolic, shifts of more than 10% calories are normally recommended against which is not much for most people.
