WSB is probably one of the most confusing programs out there with the abundance of literature that seem to contradict each other...i put together a QnA series of questions that would be helpful to many of us who wanted to try or tried with minimal success the WS method of training...
I have attached it in Word Format... Let me know if this helps

thats good stuff dude, i wouldn't go so far as to say WSB is contradictive. Theres a great deal of info to soak up for sure, and even at that point its all such a personal routine. The aim of all that literature and all those varying routines is for a person to be able to take the principles and put together what you need to work on. Thats why its so hard to say flatout, this is what a person needs to do. Most people before they start westside have a weak core, especially abs, and weak hamstrings, so you have to spend months just bringing those up to speed. It all does come together though, the conjugate method is the underlying basis with WS, no matter how else one wants to structure you shit. I firmly believe that most don't take the time to work the core and hams up to par and thats why people struggle, they wanna go right into the meat and potatoes like a veteran without the foundation that is essential. Anyways nice post mayn.
