Help with my workout

I have decided to change my workout schedule that I am on now and try something a little different. I currently work my chest/tri on mon and fri and my bi/back on wed and sun. I have been ommiting leg exercizes and I want to ease up a bit on my upperbody so that I don't start looking disproportional. I made up this 3 say split and I plan on doing some cardio maybe HIIT on my off days because I am a little beefy.

All 3 sets 8-12 reps

Mon: chest/bi
chest:
bench
db butterflies
cable crossovers
decline db press
bi:
db curls
preacher curls
overhead cable curl

Wed: Legs/shoulders
calf raises
leg press
leg extensions
leg curls
front arm raises
side arm raises


Fri: tri/back
tri:
incline db press
rope pulldowns
skull crushers
dips
back:
lat pulldowns
seated cable rows
one arm db row
upright rows

Tues/Thurs/Sat: HIIT

I will also throw in some abs on a couple of days. Does this look alright? Am I still focusing too much on my upperbody? I am not really tring to add too much more mass on my upperbody but I would like to get toned and stay muscular. Obviously dieting will help this.
