I'm 5'9-5'10 170 lbs, been working out for about 2 years. 2 years ago, I used to be 165 and chubby and I dropped 25 lbs (I didn't know how to diet right so i lost alot of strength too) and got down to about 140, since then I've worked out hard and am now at 170 however i've put back on some fat from the bulking, looking to drop about 10 lbs or so before I get done with school in about 1.5 months.
I plan on using Twin Peak's carb cycling plan in conjunction with lifting and 2 sessions of HIIT cardio a week. My main questions are regarding supplements, keeping as much muscle as possible, and what time frame would be reasonable for dropping this weight.
I've got the necessary ingredients for ECY stack (25mg E, 200mg C, 2.5mg Y), CLA, and BCAA capsules. I also have and am currently using CEE, whey, and 1 scoop of Casein immediately before bed.
Would it be worthwhile to run the CEE throughout, or would I be wasting it?
I plan on using the CLA in the final few weeks (2-3) to help shed the stubborn fat (if any). Is this a good use of it? Or should I run it throughout?
Dosing suggestions for BCAAs?
Is it still okay to use Casein before I sleep to fight catabolism while dieting? Or should I cut that out (For some reason I think eating right before bed might be detrimental).
All help/comments/suggestions are much appreciated.

Take your BCAA's PWO. I don't know what kind you have so dosing wise, I'd just use what the bottle suggests.
You should always use casein before bed. Its a slow digestin protein which is what you want seeing you are about to sleep for 6-8 hours.
