I know you have to eat it with your hands.. anyways im not looking to cheat, but Ill probobly just eat whatever is good. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Couscous is low-gi--I wonder if they use any oil in prepping their foods...

couscous is really low gi? I may have to start making it at home, i know its semolina flour, which is what they make pasta out of. How do you prepare it at home?

Yea couscous is low gi...they also make WW couscous. Its ok to change it up with but I wouldn't make it a staple of your diet. Fine for everyday living and bulking but if going on a cut I wouldn't bother with it.
