I want to cut 10 lbs after a season of bulking. I may need to drop another 5 by summer, but i want to see what 10 looks like first. Can i drop 10 in 4 weeks by a little calorie restriction only/no cardio, and keep my same bulking lift schedule.... without any muscle loss?

I'm determined to cut this year without ANY muscle loss. I've tried everything (over 8 yrs) and always lose some muscle, which sucks. I want to do it very slow and in steps this year. Any other suggestions about a cut without muscle loss is appreciated.

I'm going to say no. Generally you can keep most of your mass and lose a pound, maybe a pound and a half a week. 10 pounds in four weeks is doable, but you'd probably shed some muscle.

Thank you. I'm glad I'm starting early then. I'll draw it out into May.
