okay so i'm gonna order some whey off that site instead of payin like 30 bucks at gnc for like 2lbs, anyways my question is which type of whey should i buy if i'm using regular 100% whey protein from gnc? allthewhey has 20/30™ Blend, Hydrolyzed Whey Isolate, Whey Protein Blends, Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate. So yeah what should i get for just regular old protein???
