Routine change?

Hello all,

It may be time for yet another routine change? I have been trying to lose 10 more lousy pounds before adding more weight! I use to do 1 hour of Cardio daily to help rev up my engine and kick in my Metabolism? I was also doing lightweights (20 min. every other day) I managed to lose 1 pound per week a total of 5 pounds in 4 weeks? (i was happy and thought 1 pound per week was just right?) Then i started reading more about too much Cardio and putting the Metabolism in over drive so backed off ....and changed my routine to (Cardio 20 minutes ---ever other day?) lightweights (every other day) also adding in some Pilates, Tai bo, & Yoga, to stay active and vary the routine? Here's the kicker....ever since i changed my routine backing off my cardio from 1 hour daily to 20 min. every other day....i have yet to lose 1 pound in 3 weeks time??? Not 1 lousy pound...the Scale is stuck!!

I see the Journey alright ...it's a painstaking...trial and error process!! Always seeing what works or what doesn't work? Do you agree that what is right for one may not be right for another? I think I'm proof? I have found that 20 mintues every other day is onlyl enough to (maintain my weight?) and (1 hour daily Cardio) for me was just enough to lose 1 pound per week? Whatcha'll think? Go back to what works?

we have all been thru that "journey"....I lost all and I mean ALL my fucking begginer gains when i did my first real cutting cycle...why? becasue of negative diet and to much cardio...but you will learn........as for your routine, I dont have one, my "routine" changes everytime I go to the gym, I alway find something else and some other way to do my bodyparts to keep my body guessing and sore...

For the cardio you could do a higher intensity session. Also check your diet if your still eating the same amount as when you started you might want to cut 100-200 cals off daily intake? I don't know I'm just a newbie but thats what I would do.

thanks for the great tips A higher intensity session may be in store? As far as cutting back cals i do pretty good on a strict diet already.

---Hey, what did you do last night? (thread 3)

i'm confused with this....please explain? Shouldn't people go into the one thread on a given topic and share ideas and such there? To me, it's a good sense of Oraganizational skillls for a busy forum such as this one that could have many topics going at once? Thanks for your help in understanding how this works?
