I was also doing lightweights (20 min. every other day) I managed to lose 1 pound per week a total of 5 pounds in 4 weeks? (i was happy and thought 1 pound per week was just right?) Then i started reading more about too much Cardio and putting the Metabolism in over drive so backed off ....and changed my routine to (Cardio 20 minutes ---ever other day?) lightweights (every other day) also adding in some Pilates, Tai bo, & Yoga, to stay active and vary the routine? Here's the kicker....ever since i changed my routine backing off my cardio from 1 hour daily to 20 min. every other day....i have yet to lose 1 pound in 3 weeks time??? Not 1 lousy pound...the Scale is stuck!!
Always seeing what works or what doesn't work? Do you agree that what is right for one may not be right for another? I think I'm proof? I have found that 20 mintues every other day is onlyl enough to (maintain my weight?) and (1 hour daily Cardio) for me was just enough to lose 1 pound per week? Whatcha'll think? Go back to what works?
