Sleeping In

Hey guys, i'm wondering what you do if you sleep in one day. Do you just jump in to your diet where you woke up or do you adjust your diet for the rest of the day to make up for the nutrition you lost? Its a simple question but I can't seem to find an answer.

regardless if you are cutting or bulking it would seem that you would need to increase the caloric content of the remaining meals to make up for the meal(s) skipped from sleeping in
