do you guys measure your chicken breasts before cooking them or after they are cook and warm? you guys measure in oz with a kitchen scale right? what do you guys put in them to add taste, i ran out of ideas

I always measure it raw, boneless, skinless, no aditional fat, in oz's. As for flavors...do a search there have been a million of these threads started. We could make an IM cook book if we wanted to there are so many options out there.
