I have a very low body fat percentage. But I am 5'11'' and weigh between 165 and 170. I want to maintain this weight and possibly even put a few more pounds on in the form of muscle. If I already have basically minimum body fat what will running on a tread mill do to my weight and physique? <-Is this picture/thing a fat person on a treadmill or doing jumping jacks?

Only thing I can say is eat a lot if you still want to gain weight.

Yes, these 2 bouncing beauties seem 2 B doing Cardio, but 1 is giving a real GO at it!! LOL.
