I'm sick and tired of having puffy nipples and i was thinking about getting a surgery for it. What do you guys thinks?

its very expensive. judging by your pics you have a mild case. i would get your body fat down, see how it looks and then make a decision.

I think it's like around 4K and painful There's lots of info on it online.

Does insurance cover this type of surgery?

Posted by: Stu

in the uk you would have to prove that it is severely affecting your way of life e.g its painfull or its serioulsy affecting your self confidence, making you depressed ect. im not sure about the US

anyone know if canadian insurance covers this? (all canadians have free medical services)?

I have the same problem but I've come to live with it. Like I said in a thread similar to this one, best option is to lower bodyfat before considering surgery. My bf is very high right now and is that much more noticable then when I was thin.

In the U.s. insurance doesnt cover it unless
you have breast cancer lol

What about excess skin after large weight loss? I was wondering is it possable to naturally tighten back up or will surgery be nessary?

You are overweight. If you drop some weight, and fat, you'll be set. I would look into lypo or something of that sort before I would look into gyno surgery for you, because in all honesty, you don't need it or either at all.

Your capable of doing it on your own..

ya and even for lipo, when U are overweight, most docs wont do it...Its a procedure used to sculpt the body, not make u loose 50 pounds! U also risk unpleasant results if u get one done when U have a lot of weight to loose.

my brother had it done, but he lost A LOT of weight and his didn't improve at all, so surgery was his only option. He was very happy with the results. I suggest you keep loosing weight before considering it, I think it will be a lot less noticable once you slim down.
