OK Im 17 5"8 with out shoes and I weigh 210 I have like man boobs but with muscle like half is fat and half is muscle and I have real big thighs and legs but small lower legs that are more muscular I very atheletic for my size Im a fat kid but a atheltic fat kid I would like to loose weight and my man boobs before I graduate on May 28 please help me if you can like come up with workouts and foods I should eat if you would like to help me please post or email me at Antdaniels123@aol.com
