I mix it with lemon juice and stevia extract (my body does not like aspartame or sucralose AT ALL), I was wondering if this is a stall at all, or I should be drinking my water straight with no flavourings or anything. I find it easier to drink all the water if it has something to it. How about trying to drink some herbal teas like green tea, peppermint, chamomile, rooibus. Any suggestions would be appreciated! |
