You need to buy a food based vit! Ranbow lite is one on the better ones on the market. a little pricy, but well worth it. i would not buy any vit from wal-mart. Think about it!!
Vit's are a multi-billion dollar industry, they just want your money. So invest in a good one and you won't be disspointed.
