Hey all, glad to say I have been lurking around here for a little while and finally decided to register and add my$.o2 cents worth to some discussions. Im 34 years old and have been lifting off and on since I was 17yrs old but got serious about 5 months ago. Im a big guy naturally and have no problem putting on size but definition is my biggest challenge. My current goal is to gain enough strength in my bench press that I would be able to place in the top 3 in an all natural contest...dont know WHEN that will be.

Thanks. So far this board looks pretty interesting...all the different topic categories is nice but its hard to keep up with them all.
