When i work out some days i sweat like a pig while others i dont sweat at all. im thinking that it has something to do with my water intake throughout the day. I dont think that it has anything to do with if i workout hard b/c im dead after each workout but i was just wondering if this is normal or not. im taking protein multi vitamin glutimine and creatine just to give a background of what i take

hydration levels definetly have an effect on how much you sweat during training. you should make sure you get in a least 1 gallon of water a day

I think genetics also play a role. I drink plenty of water during the day and during my routine, but barely sweat. On leg day I did a full workout finishing off with a dropset of squats and even though I was breathing hard and almost incapacitated I wasn't sweating that much. It certainly wasn't due to lack of effort.
