How is this diet for the goals up there ^ -breakfast--protein shake. -snack--dry total cereal with strawberries -lunch--salad with cottage cheese(lowfat?) -snack--carrots an ranch dressing -dinner--idk. |

Much healthier for you and you can do all sorts of neat combinations with fat less lard-enduxing effects... Things like lime or lemon juice, vinegar, salt-reduced soy sauce/tamari, herbs/spices, black pepper, and a little olive oil or walnut oil are all fine. |
