Alright I need to burn fat quickly and I've heard different opinions on the matter. This is related to running, is long distance or speed burst (sprints) going to burn lipids quicker. I've taken some college coarses say sprints is the way to go do to the time that it takes to actually burn more fat than calories in the long distance running. Is this true? And if so does anyone have any workout's or routines of their own that they'd care to share.
