Ok, for football our coach has us on a program with the little charts, and if you finish them you move up....well i've been on the same weight for bench....sense right after christmas. Why? I work my ass off and i just sit at a stand still.....

we all get to walls at somepoint.. some sooner than others.. some more frequent then others.. u eatin a lot and have lots of energy? or taking any supplements?

I eat a shitload, but no supplements, but next week ill start creatine......It's just been such a long time.

your missing out big time not taking any whey protein. Not to mention, your high school football lifting plan is the sole reason why you are not progressing in my opinion.
Whats he have you doing? benching everyday?

Where are you failing on the lift? Training the specific area, will help you overcome it.

When progress stops, it's usually a sign of either over-training or under-eating. How many times a week are you benching and how many calories do you eat in a day?
