Like I said my arms are gretting big and my chest doesn't do a thing.. My chest doesn't even burn or feel tight when I'm finished working out...My arms and shoulders do though. Is that normal or am I under training my chest. Man you guys rock for these answers If you guys have anymore feed back, I can use all I can get.. |
