I have the 4oz bottle. Do I add the 4ad powder to the bottle and shake and spray?
Whats the best way to measure the powder? Does a teaspoon + X amt. of mg, etc?

You need to gently heat the mixture and add the powder at very small increments while mixing. You also need a scale. Without it, there is no way of telling how much you are putting in there. Every powder has a different density.
