What is CKD, ECA, and HIIT?
Also. I am a skinny person but i do have some fat. I really wanna start building muscle but ide like to lose some fat around the ass, legs area first.
How shouldli go about that?

try out a premade program and make sure you eat alot. Take advantage of your noobie stages since you can gain muscle VERY fast when starting to resistance train. Dont worry about the fat just yet. The firming of the muscle, and added exercise will take care of it.
The stickies in both the diet and nutrition and this section will help you understand the basics of training.
A good program to start with might be the Max-OT program. You dont have to buy into their suppliments. Just follow the basic rules of lifting heavy, warmups, 5 sets per body part, training each body part once a week, 4-6 reps per set.
If you cant afford to go to the gym 5 or 6 days in a row as specified by the Max-OT training program then simply compound the days they suggest. Instead of Doing monday then Tuesdays workout.. do both on Monday until you can schedual them properly. Try though to have a 3 day split.
