..Enough recovery ( rest ) time?

I was still feeling the soreness ( ' After Burn ' ) of Mondays sesion on my Bi's and Shoulders..

..Today, i had Tri's and Chest

My chest feels worked but my Tri's hardly feel worked..

..Where as my shoulders and Bi's feel like they've had a full workout, Again

I'm putting it down to not having enough resting days..

..What do you think?

...what is your routine like ( Workout Plan ) ?

...Ill be waiting for your response ( Post ) !

...By the way soreness ( ' After Burn ' ) aka DOMS ( Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness ) does not signify quality of workout or Muscle Hypertrophy ( Muscle Growth ). It really only signifies fatigue ( Tirednesssss ).

shoulders, triceps and chest all use the triceps. Volume is probably too much on each.
