Bicep problem

Hi im new at this and im looking for a bit of advice. Ive only been goin the gym for 2 months and i have a problem doing my biceps. when im doin the ez barbell or dumbells my wrist amd forearm gets sore and i tink the ez bar caused it. any advice on how to get through it
