It's a Sony NetMD MZ NF610

It works perfectly, never skips, and the battery lasts are REAL long damn time. Great for working out

I must 2 dozen MiniDisc man. Everything from Frank Sinatra to Fearfactory to the Ying Yang Twins. AC DC, Black Sabbath.

You can erase them and record w/e you want.

haha, it's all good man. I have a pretty wide range of what I listen to too. Thanks for the sick deal too, I appreciate it. I've needed somethin for the gym for so long but never got around to it. I don't know much about MD players? Do I need software or a USB or anything? Jus give me a quick "how to" load songs and such and I'd be very appreciative. Thanks again dude.

You'll have to DL sony's "openMG" from their site. That's where I"ve gotten it from. It's really easy to use. You import a CD or if you have MP3's on your computer openMG should convert it for you automatically.

If you can't find a copy online I should be able to email you the software.

Alright....I got the MD player connected to the comp... I made a MP3 playlist on Sonic Stage but now I don't know what to do.... It says PC->->MD on the MD screen, but I don't know really know where to go from there. Thanks

Here's a link to the user's manual. I don't have the software in front of me any more

I remember it being quite simple though. You don't even need it if you have a CD player with an audio output.

Click on 'ducments'
download the user manual.

IIRC, once the player is plugged into your computer; it'll show you your music library on the left and the contents of your miniDisc on the right. You literally only have to drag and drop what you want on there.

You can record in LP1,2 or 4. In LP4 you can put 4hr's of music on one disc.
