I am of the opinion that fruits are good, regardless of cutting or bulking. At the end of the day your calories (and ensuring you get enough protein and EFA) are what counts.

Eat your fruits, they are excellent sources of vitamins, minerals, fibre, anti-oxidants, water, and are calorie light and fill you up. They do more good than harm. The brighter their colour, the better!!!

Personally, I love apples, berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries), stone fruits (cherries, nectarines, peaches, apricots, plums), citrus (oranges, grapefruits), pears, mango's, persimmons... Soo good...

But, if you are trying to add some mass, you can not go past banana's in terms of muscle recovery PWO...

I go to Costco for berries, mix them up in yogurts and things.

I love blueberries but they never seem to be cheap. Sams Club sells 6 pounds of frozen strawberries for a very good price (I cannot remember the exact cost but it's much cheaper than their fresh strawberries on sale). If you guys have blenders you should look into it.

They are, especially fresh!!

You can get big 1kg frozen bags at a place in Camperdown (called the Essential Ingredient, it is just of Parramatta road as you head out past Sydney University/RPA) for ~$11, which is pretty good... But all the stuff in the supermarkets is ~$5 for 300g!!
