Hello,
I am wondering if eating fat free refried beans (out of a can) for borritos would be healthy in moderation on a fat loss diet?
Here's the ingredients:
per 1/2 cup:
90 calories
17 grams carbohydrate
7 grams protein
0 grams fat
5 grams fiber
no sugar
no cholesterol
590 mg sodium
Seems really healthy and a good source of both protein and carbs.
I plan on adding chunks of chicken breasts to it and eating the mixture on a Whole Wheat tortilla. If fat is needed, we can always add a little cheese, or safflower/flax oil etc....
So, does it sound safe for a fat loss diet?
Thanks guys

yeah they are great if you ask me. As long as the p/c/f and cals fit into your daily amounts then go for it. Everything in moderation. Check the ing. label to make sure they didn't sneak anything in there.

Yes they are fine. However, they are quite processed so just use them sparingly.
