I jsut posted my training routine in the training forum and wanted to post a basic idea of what I'm looking to do for a day to day diet here. I'm currently 18, at jsut under 6 feet and in the area of 180-185 lbs. My appr. bf% is in the window of 12-15%, I'm trying to cut a bit for the summer and lose the excess fat I carry around my stomach and chest, my chest, it needs the most work i'd say, my abdominals, the pelvic bone V-line is prett visible, but not etched so much, the otline to my overall abdominal development is visible under light and the top part of the abs are visible, so i'm on the way. This is the current diet I'm planning on going with. I don't have the macros as of yet (Probably not till monday, when all the food is avilable and I can work out the numbers) but I have a pretty good idea what I'm going with and wouldl ike some help on it.
Im thinking:
-Boneless skinless chicken breast (The stuff that comes in like the boxes from the store)
-Whole wheat tortillas (Along with the chicken, FF cheese, beans maybe, and salsa, healthy quesdilas?)
-Whole wheat bread (On kind of higher carb days, chicken sandwhich or something?)
-Fat Free cheese
-Refried Beans (These okay on occasion, on a cut?)
-Salsa
-Eggs
-Sugar Free Jello (Dessert with fat free whip topping sometimes?)
-Fat Free whip topping
-Fiber One cereal
-Thinking of getting some metamucil powder or something for extra fiber
-Protein Shakes
-Fruit (Apples, peaches, frozen bagged berries, not the kind in syrup)
-Going to try tuna or salmon, maybe with some FF mayo and onions might be better
-Oatmeal
-Veggies
I've read the cutting stickings, and been a reader on the forums for atleast a year, so I think I have a basic idea, but help is always excellent, and I'm really at the moment trying to cut, so not sure if all these foods are acceptable and some help would be appreciated. I'm allergic to eggs a bit, but very allergic to milk products, so some cheese is okay, but can't eat cottage cheese, or soy products either, so a bit limited there. Thanks for any help or ideas and I will get the macros on Monday when I have all the food and have cooked some stuff up.
