Combos are like my favorite snack, and they are the only thing I am missing on this diet. I am carb cycling, following TP's method. On the guide it says most people will look forward to the "high carb day," but I find that it is just like any other day for me, just more clean food (oatmeal, rice, etc). The only thing I really like eating is Fiber One, but I try not to have too much of that because it will give you the runs if you eat too much (right?) Anyhow, these Combos are like pretzals with cheese inside them. here are the nutritional facts on a family sized bag of combos:

Total Fat:37.3g
-Sat Fat:7g
Carbohyd:163.3g
-Fiber: 4.7g
-Sugar: 32.7g
Protein: 18.7g

Ya, its pretty bad, and I would be eating the whole bag at once. Would this hinder my progress alot? I don't want to compete or anything, just look good during the summer. If I had a bag of combos every sunday, would that stop me from showing abs?

Here's their site in case you don't know what Combos are http://www.combos.com/

Who the hell doesnt know what Combos are? Those things are great.

Your question is too general. There are too many other factors. You gotta read up on calories and intake and diets.

Don't worry about it. I'll just start eating them and hope for the best. I can't live without my combos

The website says they don't have any Trans Fats, but they still don't seem very healthy to me.. (although they ARE extremely good).

if what u say is true, Combos....
Saturated fat = 7g.
Carbs = 163g.
Sugar = 32g
Protein = 18.7

Compared to a handful of Peanuts...
Saturated fat = 2g.
Carbs= 6g.
Sugar = 2g.
Protein = 7g.

I would take the handful of Peanuts.

i would say no to the combos... there has to be better alternatives. try these pretzel nuggets by Hanover. they are pretzels covered with flavors of jalapeno, chedder, honey mustard ect. they taste really good and im not sure bout the exact nutritional value but im sure they are a hell of alot better than combos.

Damn, look at all the carbs/sugar in them...

U don't have Combos in Canada?

Well....that's probably a good thing considering the Nutritional content or lack there of? haha. Maybe ur Nat'l Nutrional Guards refused to put them on the Market unlike ours? lol. (After all, didn't the U.S. once be known 2 have the Fattest people in the World?) This is 1 reason why? Too much BAD 4U Nutritional Content ....they're allowing on our Markets? Let's face it...the stuff will either Make u fat or Kill u? LOL.

______________
If u like, send us a P.O. Box address

You are absolutely right.

We might not get exactly all those brands, but plenty of other crap can be found here.
