My bench at home was a present to my brother. It came with 300 lbs TOTAL including the bar. On the BENCH itself, it says the limit is 800 lbs, but I need to know what it is for the actual barbell. Do you think it would be safe to buy 90 lbs more to do maxing with squats and deadlifts? What do you think the most amount of weight is with which I could safely lift? Here's a link to the actual product, but it doesn't say any kind of limit. I also googled it with no results.
I would imagine the bench holds 800lbs of weights not counting your own weight. I don't know what kind of bar you have so figure that out and maybe I can be of more help.

All I know is that it's a Cap barbell made in China.

It seems like this is it, but there's really no way to tell.
Besides, do you really think a bar would bend or break with 390 lbs total? I mean that's not really that much...

No, I don't, assuming you have a typical olympic bar I think it should hold 600-700lbs.

It probably won't break, but it might bend. I bought a 300 lb set, and the bar developed a slight bend in it once I started putting 4 45-lb plates on each side. I have since bought another bar (1000 lb test) which should be good enough for the forseeable future.
